This position is part of Marketing team and plays a key role in driving digital marketing strategy and execution across the hotel's online platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with Director of Digital Marketing to devise, implement and optimize audience acquisition and engagement strategies that contribute directly to online revenue growth. This role requires a creative, analytical, and data-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, and e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all key channels and manage the hotel's online presence.

  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

  • Coordinate with regional teams and agencies to align brand messaging and campaign delivery.

  • Oversee content planning, creative assets, and social media engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, F&B, Events) to promote offers and activations.

  • Ensure accuracy across online listings and review platforms.

  • Manage digital ad budgets and campaign timelines effectively.

  • Keep updated with digital trends and apply new tools or innovations where relevant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in English communication, presentation skills, and computer literacy.

  • Experience with web analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
