We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven
Digital Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a Performance Specialist who thrives on optimization and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for defining, launching, and managing the success of our digital campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams—including Content and Sales—to ensure our marketing efforts attract high-quality leads and drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Drive
- Execute & Optimize: Take a hands-on approach to managing and deploying ads across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Lead Generation Growth: Drive a 20% increase in Quality Leads while maintaining an optimal balance between Performance, Brand Awareness, and Engagement.
- Strategic Optimization: Implement advanced tactics such as CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization), Audience Funneling, and A/B testing to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance and create insightful daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Looker Studio or Data Studio.
- Proactive Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to uncover customer pain points and translate them into winning ad strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain strong ownership by consistently monitoring ad performance to ensure all campaigns run smoothly and meet business targets.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of proven experience in managing Digital Ads (specifically Meta and Google Ads).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Expert hands-on skills in ad platforms and reporting tools like Looker Studio/Data Studio.
- A strong logical mindset for A/B testing and a proactive Optimization Sense to constantly improve campaign results.
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing Strategy, not just buying media, but knowing how to target and convert.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to exchange insights with cross-functional teams to drive collective success.
- Previous experience managing ads for premium products/services or a proven track record of significantly reducing CAC/increasing ROAS.
