Job Description

The Opportunity

Ascott is seeking a passionate and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support the execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in content, performance marketing, analytics, and partnerships, while working with a global hospitality brand that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Manage day‑to‑day digital activities across social media, paid media, and online platforms

Content & Social Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms
  • Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and audience insights
  • Ensure tone, visuals, and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads) to improve reach, engagement, and ROI
  • Analyse digital performance data, user behaviour, and market trends to inform campaign optimisation
  • Monitor website traffic and support improvements to content and landing pages to enhance user experience

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Support the identification, engagement, and management of influencer / KOL partnerships, tracking performance and impact

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to support decision‑making and ongoing campaign refinement
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content‑related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and basic analytics tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website analytics platforms is an advantage
  • Good communication, organisational, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
