Key Responsibilities
- Event Marketing & Management: Plan and execute all institutional events, ranging from physical recruitment (Fairs/On Tour) to digital engagements (Online Seminars/Webinars).
- Offline Expansion: Drive brand presence through strategic offline promotions, including managing booths, coordinating street teams/troops, and overseeing marketing material distribution.
- Campaign Support: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative themes for events that resonate with Thai students.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor event performance, collect lead data, and summarize reports to evaluate ROI and improve future activities.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate with university representatives, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Requirements
- Project & Logistics Management: Strong ability to multitask and manage timelines for complex event setups.
- Interpersonal & Public Speaking: Confident in engaging with students/parents and presenting information clearly.
- Creative Marketing: Ability to brainstorm event themes and collaborate on promotional content (O2O - Online to Offline).
- Data Reporting: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic knowledge of Data Visualization (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) to track event ROI.
- Adaptability: A can-do attitude with quick problem-solving skills to handle on-site event challenges.
- Language: Good command of English to communicate with international university partners.
