The LIXIL Water Technology APAC regional office (LWT APAC) manages the three brands of AMERICAN STANDARD, GROHE, and INAX in several markets in the APAC region. LWT APAC is looking for a Digital Marketing (Acquisition)Specialist to manage B2C and B2B digital marketing efforts. This role will be for a duration of a 6-month contract.
- Working within the Commercial Marketing department, this member of the Regional Digital Marketing team will be responsible for managing social media platforms, planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital platforms, optimizing each campaign based on brand needs and a pre-determined set of KPIs. This role is critical to driving luxury-segment penetration and brand preference through high-impact, 360° regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Campaign Leadership
- Plan and develop digital marketing campaigns for AMERICAN STANDARD, GROHE, and INAX.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for guiding creative agencies on the creation and adaptation of visual and written creative assets, including digital ad banners, social posts, videos, and campaign microsites.
- Campaigns may include several/all phases of the consumer journey, from awareness generation, through consideration and purchase, to advocacy/repeat.
- Campaigns may include e-commerce, omnichannel, O2O, and drive-to-store objectives.
- Campaigns may include various channels (owned/earned/paid):
- Google search SEM
- Display and/or video (YouTube) ads
- Social media ads
- Email / CRM
- Website content / Microsite / Landing pages
- Other platforms that help drive the brand message.
- Responsible for developing and executing the regional SEM always-on search strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams (brands, legal/compliance, designers, agencies, etc.) to successfully implement and optimize campaigns.
- Have a test and learn mindset and be proactive in proposing new or different tactics.
- Responsible for the development of guidelines and execution of the audit and compliance process.
- Guide and support markets in their digital marketing initiatives.
Social Media
- Develop and execute brands social media and content marketing efforts (including email and website content) to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and overall engagement.
- Manage social media profiles for several LIXIL brands, including community management as appropriate.
- Work with brand owners and markets to create and manage social media content calendars.
- Work with markets to execute paid social media advertising campaigns, mostly on Facebook and Instagram.
- Identify the latest trends and social media opportunities. Be proactive in recommending new ideas.
- Responsible for the development of guidelines and execution of the audit and compliance process.
- Guide and support markets in their social media initiatives.
Search Engine Optimization
- Support Search Engine Optimization initiatives for APAC websites.
- Work with agencies to ensure SEO best practices are included in digital marketing campaigns and social media strategy.
Email Marketing
- Own and manage the Email Marketing platform.
- Work with brand owners and content agencies to define and execute B2C and B2B email marketing strategy.
- Responsible for the development of guidelines and execution of audit and compliance process.
Market Support
- Establish and maintain a collaborative and productive working relationship with key counterparts in all APAC markets.
- Manage and support markets on their GTM plans for regional campaigns and local initiatives.
- Define and execute compliance processes (e.g. brand standard compliance, KPIs performance tracking).
- Define and execute frameworks to monitor ROI, specifically tracking the impact of digital campaigns on revenue and business value.
- Identify and share best practices across the region.
Reports and Other Administrative Tasks
- Develop a framework to monitor ROI and KPIs, including budget
- Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required
- Manage internal processes related to the performance of duties
- Plan and execute other ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 -5 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google advertising platforms, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience using Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Craft) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
Related experience in the building materials industry preferred, but not required.
