Location: Remote

Hours: 25 hours per week

Timezone: Flexible (availability during business hours expected)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms with a strong focus on performance, ROI, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a remote, freelance opportunity offering flexible working hours and exposure to diverse campaigns across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Monitor and track daily performance metrics across all paid media platforms, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
  • Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Reddit Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS while meeting CPA targets
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and creative iterations to improve campaign performance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio or Google Sheets
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Analyze KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign effectiveness

CRM & Sales Pipeline Integration

  • Manage Salesforce pipeline reporting and ensure accurate tracking of paid-campaign leads
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align on lead quality, conversion metrics, and revenue impact
  • Monitor lead scoring and qualification to improve targeting and campaign outcomes
  • Deliver regular reports connecting ad spend to pipeline and revenue results

Social Media & LinkedIn Management

  • Boost and promote LinkedIn posts to increase reach and engagement
  • Manage start and end dates for promotional and time-sensitive posts
  • Coordinate with content teams on LinkedIn content strategy and timing
  • Track LinkedIn post performance and suggest optimization improvements

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Certifications

  • Active Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)
  • Active LinkedIn Ads certification

Nice-to-Have Certifications

  • Microsoft Ads certification
  • Meta Blueprint (Facebook/Instagram) certification
  • YouTube Ads certification

Technical Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Professional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Adaptability to platform changes and evolving marketing trends

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Tools & Platforms

  • Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for lead and pipeline reporting
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools

Experience

  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical significance
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Experience with attribution models and multi-touch attribution
  • Background in B2B lead generation or e-commerce marketing
