Job Description :

• Drive Digital Adoption by promoting the use of digital technologies across the organization and within Lotus's stores.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to help store employees use digital technology effectively and improve their daily operations.
• Collect feedback and identify pain points from stores, then collaborate with the central team to continuously improve store processes.

Qualifications :

• Recent graduates with a strong interest in digital technology and a passion for becoming a leader in Digital Transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Technology Engineering, Business Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge and collaborate across functions at store level in Digital initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
