Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and services from evaluation and implementation through ongoing support and enhancement.
Lead workflow automation and business process transformation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
Drive adoption and management of AI-enabled products and services, including GenAI and intelligent automation solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity gains, and digital innovation.
Manage third-party vendors, software licensing, procurement activities, and service performance.
Oversee service governance, user support, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Support digital transformation initiatives across Finance and other corporate functions.
Track service adoption, business value realization, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Essential

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Service Delivery Management, Technology Transformation, Enterprise Applications, or a similar role.
Experience delivering workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Experience managing external vendors and technology solutions.
Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience implementing or managing AI, Generative AI, Copilot, or AI-agent solutions.
Understanding of enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
Exposure to Finance transformation, OCR, digital workflows, or intelligent document processing.
Agile, Scrum, ITIL, Microsoft Power Platform, or AI certifications would be advantageous.
