Conduct Warehouse management in USA, including shipping/receiving coordination to USA customers.
Ensure corporate logistic activity compliant with US law and regulation.
Manage Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and agreement processes with clients, ensuring compliance, smooth execution, and risk mitigation to support sales and business development.
Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation)
Provide analysis, assessments and recommendation of incoterm, and prospective customer initiatives, projects, and contracts.
Ensuring implementation of Materials Planning for inbound and outbound management subject to USA customs legislation/regulations, and familiar with Material Planning software.
Follow Corporate Logistics guideline in managing Service providers performance appraisal and evaluation, enhance USA logistics satisfaction.
Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure logistics process more smoothly.
Conduct reviews of client performance satisfaction, operational activities and track results in terms of revenue and expenses, and make recommendations for improvements.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree - Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Experience in WH Management, dealing with 1st Tier supplier of Automotive in US region at least 3-5 years
Knowledge of marketing and logistic activities in the field of Automotive in export sales
Knowledge in US legal or regulation concern logistic is preferred
Establish good relationships with customers for run business and customer insight & connection.
