Role Description:

The Director of Corporate Finance at Dimension-AI is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role oversees corporate financial strategy, including long-range business planning, capital structure optimisation, and funding initiatives to support the company's growth across Asia Pacific and Europe. The director leads budgeting and forecasting cycles, develops financial models to evaluate investments and strategic projects, and provides guidance on financial risk management and performance monitoring. Daily responsibilities include managing financial reporting and accounting oversight, partnering with business leaders to assess project viability, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the board. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, enhancing financial processes and internal controls, and mentoring finance team members to build strong organisational capability.

Qualifications:

Strong finance and corporate finance skills, including experience in capital structure planning, investment evaluation, and financial risk management.
Proficiency in budgeting and business planning, with the ability to lead forecasting processes and develop robust financial models for strategic decision-making.
Solid accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial statements, reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate analysis into clear strategic recommendations.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within technology, infrastructure, or AI-related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
