Job Summary

We seek an experienced consulting leader to drive data, analytics, AI, and transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia, focusing on business growth, client engagement, programme delivery, and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and cultivate executive stakeholder relationships to drive business impact
• Develop and qualify new business opportunities and lead proposal development to expand market presence
• Manage and deliver large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring quality, risk mitigation, and financial performance
• Create and promote consulting offerings, thought leadership, and market propositions to position the firm as an industry leader
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams to enhance capability and engagement
• Oversee programme governance to maintain standards and achieve successful delivery outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in Technology or Consulting
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in consulting, transformation, or technology leadership roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills demonstrated through leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes
