Director Finance & Controlling (m/f/x) International expatriate assignment in Bangkok for 2-3 years

Your responsibilities

• Leadership of the Finance, Controlling and Accounting team with disciplinary and functional responsibility
• Supervision of accounting, financial reporting, cash management and internal control activities
• Ensuring adherence to Group financial control methods, policies and reporting standards
• Partnering with local management and Group Finance stakeholders to support business performance and decision-making
• Preparation, analysis and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, investments, operating expenses and working capital
• Provision of financial analyses, performance reporting and business decision support
• Management of auditing, taxation, treasury, insurance and compliance-related activities
• Acting as SAP FI/CO Key User, enhancing controlling processes, reporting tools and SAP solutions in collaboration with IT

Your profile

• Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Systems
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling within an international company, ideally complemented by assignments abroad
• Extensive expertise in finance, accounting and controlling, incl. financial planning, reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, IFRS, taxation and internal controls
• Strategic business partnering competence combined with strong financial, commercial and operational understanding
• Good understanding of SAP and related business processes
• Business fluent in English, Thai is a plus
• Strong analytical, conceptual and decision making skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach
