Director of Interior Design

Great design first. A new Bangkok studio built around it.

We're looking for a Design Director / Studio Director to lead the Bangkok launch of an international interior architecture practice.

The starting point is the work. Beautiful spaces. Strong ideas. An instinct for materials, detail and how a place makes people feel.

You'll bring a standout portfolio across hospitality, F&B or luxury retail, and the ability to take a compelling concept through to a beautifully executed space. Someone who can push the design, earn a client's confidence and help a team produce its best work.

Then comes the opportunity to build the studio around that ambition.

Shape the team. Create the workspace. Establish local relationships. Take ownership of the studio's growth and commercial performance, while keeping design quality at the centre.

We'd like to hear from you if you bring:

• 15+ years in interior design or architecture, with a strong creative portfolio.

• Experience leading designers, projects and client relationships.

• A network and understanding of the Bangkok market.

• The ambition to help establish a studio from the ground up.
