  • Marketing Communications Strategy
  • Develop and implement the annual Marketing Communications strategy in line with the hotel's business objectives.
  • Create integrated communication plans to support rooms, F&B, spa, events, and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, market visibility, and guest engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all communication channels.
  • Protect and enhance the hotel's brand image and reputation.
  • Review all marketing materials, promotional content, photography, videos, and digital assets.
  • Ensure communications reflect the hotel's luxury positioning and unique selling points.
  • Public Relations & Media Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and hotel announcements.
  • Coordinate media visits, interviews, press events, and familiarization trips.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to media inquiries.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Develop and manage the hotel's social media strategy.
  • Oversee content across relevant social media platforms.
  • Manage the hotel's digital presence, including website content and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor social media engagement, online reputation, and guest feedback.
  • Work with digital marketing agencies and external partners as required.
  • Content Creation
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality written, visual, and video content.
  • Coordinate photography and video productions for rooms, restaurants, facilities, experiences, and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Develop storytelling initiatives highlighting the hotel's experiences, destination, people, and unique offerings.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Rooms, Spa, and other departments.
  • Develop promotional materials for special offers, packages, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, and distribution channels.
  • Evaluate campaign results and recommend improvements.
  • Internal Communications
  • Support internal communication initiatives and ensure employees are informed about key campaigns, events, and brand activities.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and department heads on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Promote hotel achievements, employee activities, and company culture through appropriate communication channels.
  • Partnerships & Influencer Relations
  • Develop relationships with tourism organizations, media partners, influencers, KOLs, content creators, and strategic business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for co-marketing and promotional partnerships.
  • Coordinate influencer and KOL visits in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards.
  • Budget & Performance Management
  • Prepare and manage the Marketing Communications budget.
  • Monitor expenditure and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Analyze campaign performance, PR coverage, social media metrics, and other marketing data.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Communications team.
  • Set clear objectives and responsibilities for team members.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Encourage creativity, teamwork, and continuous professional development.
