Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations within a high-volume, precision manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and strategic business outcomes while building a high-performing organization capable of supporting future growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with hands-on experience in Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and manufacturing strategy across a complex, high-volume production environment. Key aspects of the position include:

Leading large-scale manufacturing operations and engineering teams

Driving Industry 4.0 initiatives, including automation, IoT, smart factory technologies, and AI-driven process optimization

Enhancing operational performance through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

Overseeing CAPEX/OPEX planning and technology investment strategies

Building high-performing teams while leading organizational and digital transformation efforts

We're seeking a leader with: • 10+ years of senior manufacturing and operations leadership experience

• 5+ years at Director level or above

• Strong expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership

• Proven success implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives in complex manufacturing environments

• Experience within high-volume, precision manufacturing industries such as disk drive, microelectronics, or similar sectors
