Job Description

The Quality Director leads the overall quality, safety, and regulatory compliance strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent standards, audit readiness, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement enterprise-wide quality and compliance strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to international standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
  • Oversee quality performance across multiple sites and standardize KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
  • Manage risk, incident response, and compliance issues.
  • Build and develop high-performing quality teams.
  • Partner with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10–15+ years of experience in Quality or Compliance within food and beverage manufacturing or related industries.
  • 5–8 years in leadership roles managing multi-site operations.
  • Strong experience in audit management, quality systems, and CAPA processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple sites and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
