As Director of Sales, you will be a key pillar of the hotel, leading the Sales Department with energy, passion, and purpose. You will oversee the daily operations of the sales team-motivating, guiding, and empowering them to deliver exceptional results in line with NH Hotels standards of excellence.
In this role, you will take ownership of developing and implementing the hotel's annual sales, marketing, and business plans, as well as preparing the departmental operating budget. Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you will contribute to accurate forecasting, identify new business opportunities, and design creative initiatives-such as special events and sales blitzes-to position the hotel effectively in the market.
You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, while proactively exploring new markets and segments to drive business growth. As a brand ambassador, you will represent NH Hotels at trade shows and major industry events locally and internationally, showcasing the hotel and strengthening our presence across key markets.
. Bachelor's degree in a related field
. Minimum of five years experience in hotel sales and marketing
. Proven track record with luxury or upscale hotel brands
. Strong understanding of revenue management principles
. Excellent influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills
. Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic approach
