Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok for a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will lead the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction. Core responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating with the leadership team to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Director will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills to develop and maintain positive client relations
  • Experience in Team Management including mentoring, leading, and motivating a sales team
  • Proficiency in Business Development to identify new opportunities and create strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment
