Division Manager - Finance Operations Channel

Key Responsibility:

• Lead Finance Operations (Hypermarket and Go Fresh) Channels team of finance business partners and act as the interface between finance and the business unit translating financial information and analysis into something that can be understood and used by senior management in the decision-making process.
• Own the business planning cycle (forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning), including developing and updating the financial planning model, identification of KPIs and key business drivers, risks, and upsides.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, understand key drivers and recommend model/scenarios to maximize return of each initiatives, track and analysis initiative performance and recommend actions for improvement.
• Constructively challenge and recommend changes to the business underpinned by sound financial expertise.
• Identifies and pro-actively highlights risks and works to mitigate issues. And Work closely with senior management to understand the wider market and external factors to drive BU's performance.
• Overlays commercial acumen on analysis performed to drive insights and decision support.
• Supervise the team of Finance Operations Analysts, guiding/reviewing their work and providing feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency. faced are difficult and often complex
• Any ad-hoc project as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 8 years of experiences in management accounting and report, accounting or related fields
• Experience in Retail business is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and strong Excel/database skills
• Strong analytical skill, detailed and results oriented problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and team management
• Result-oriented with abilities to work well under ambiguity, changes, pressure and tight deadlines
• Effective team management
