Division Manager Financial Analysis (Boonrawd Trading)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a CFO or Finance director role to lead the improvement of the businesses to support the growth and strong foundation.
• Review financial reports and provide insightful analysis to support companies strategic and financial planning, also challenge the business for better business performance improvement.
• Develop financial models and forecasting, identify trends, opportunities, and recommend actions based on the analysis.
• Identify business risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies for identified business and commercial risks.
• Report financial performance of assigned businesses on a monthly basis to management team with plan for improvement.
• Monitor B/S and Cash flow for the supported businesses.
• Monitor A&P, SG&A spending, ensure spending efficiency and works closely with business partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Financial Planning, or Financial Management, with managerial experience.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide actionable insights, challenge business decisions, and drive performance improvement.
• Solid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, A&P, and SG&A management.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
