Domestic Sales Director
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategies and monitor departmental processes and activities to ensure outcomes align with business objectives.
- Manage and analyze P&L and departmental budgets to achieve effective business results.
- Lead the team, manage performance evaluations, and monitor the performance of relevant departments.
- Analyze and plan product production and coordinate with factories to ensure sufficient inventory for distribution.
- Analyze and plan New Product Development (NPD) based on consumer demand to achieve sales targets, represent the company in presenting NPD, and negotiate GP with 7-Eleven and other sales channels.
- Prepare the annual sales action plan.
- Plan sales budgets for campaigns, promotions, and related activities.
- Manage and monitor sales performance across all channels.
- Manage manpower in accordance with business plans, while supporting and developing employees knowledge and skills to enhance their capabilities.
- Monitor and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports for presentation to the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments and organizations.

- Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong numerical and cost calculation skills, including P&L analysis.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
