Position: E-Commerce Manager (Hair Care & Beauty Product)

Our client is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales and accelerate brand growth across E-Commerce channels. The business operates in the Hair Care & Beauty category, offering products such as Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Treatment, Hair Tonic, Hair Serum, and other hair care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute E-Commerce strategies to drive sales and business growth.
• Manage key online channels including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, and Social Commerce.
• Plan and optimize campaigns, promotions, Flash Sales, and Mega Campaigns to maximize sales.
• Work closely with Marketing, Content, KOL/Influencer, and Performance Marketing teams to drive traffic and conversion.
• Analyze Sales, Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop promotion and product strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Lead new product launches and explore new channels and growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to strengthen E-Commerce performance.
• Own overall E-Commerce sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of E-Commerce experience, with proven success in driving online sales growth.
• Strong experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or Website E-Commerce.
• Solid understanding of Performance Marketing, Conversion, Promotion, and Customer Journey.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Strong Business & Growth Mindset with hands-on execution skills.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable sales growth and business results.
• Experience in Hair Care, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Body Care, or FMCG is highly preferred.
