Our client is a fast growing performance hydration brand built for athletes and high-output individuals training in Southeast Asia's heat. They sell across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE Shop, and they re growing fast across all of them.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior E-commerce Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for keeping their ecommerce ecosystem running cleanly and growing consistently. You will manage daily operations across every channel, primarily Shopify and increase traffic to their webstore, coordinate product launches and campaigns, and drive ongoing improvements in performance
and user experience. This role sits within their E-commerce team and reports to the Senior E-commerce Manager.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to move quickly, take ownership of problems, and execute at a high standard across multiple platforms simultaneously.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Daily Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and LINE Shop
- Handle product uploads, content updates, catalog hygiene, and platform maintenance across all channels
- Troubleshoot platform issues quickly and escalate when needed
- Maintain strong SEO and product listing standards across all storefronts
Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Execute product launches, promotions, and platform campaigns end-to-end
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns go live on time and on-brand
- Support major ecommerce events including 11.11, 12.12, and brand-led campaigns
- Update site content, banners, and promotional mechanics across channels as needed
Shopify Management
- Build and update pages or sections in Shopify using theme tools and page builders
- Manage A/B tests, UX improvements, and conversion rate optimization tasks
- Ensure product pages, collections, and navigation are clean, fast, and conversion-ready
Data & Reporting
- Track and report on performance across all channels with clear, actionable insights
- Manage data entry and data hygiene for all platform ecommerce numbers
- Identify underperforming areas and bring forward recommendations
Vendor & Platform Coordination
- Work with external vendors, apps, and partners to maintain and expand platform capabilities
- Handle technical support issues and implementation tasks across platforms
- Manage platform compliance, seller health metrics, and fulfillment coordination
WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing
- Direct experience managing Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or LINE Shop
- Experience executing promotions, product launches, or platform campaigns
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and switching context quickly
- Good knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude
- Strong attention to detail, errors in listings, pricing, or content are a problem you fix before anyone notices
- Data-literate: able to read performance reports and translate numbers into actions
- Shopify knowledge: comfortable building pages, editing collections, and using apps
- Good coordination skills: you can keep multiple workstreams moving simultaneously
- Written Thai and English proficiency for platform content and team communication
- Hands-on and self-directed -- you solve problems without waiting to be told
- Ownership mentality -- you treat the channels you manage as your own
- Detail-oriented with a bias toward clean systems and documented processes
- Curious about ecommerce trends, platform changes, and what drives conversion
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop or live commerce operations
- Familiarity with SEO principles applied to marketplace listings
- Basic graphic or content editing skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
- Experience at a D2C brand, agency, or marketplace seller
