Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ko Samui. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing online property listings across ecommerce and real estate platforms, ensuring accurate information, compelling descriptions, and high-quality visuals. The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor online performance metrics, update pricing and promotions, and coordinate with sales and property management teams to align digital offerings with on-the-ground inventory. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries through online channels, improving the user journey on company websites and marketplaces, supporting online sales campaigns, and collaborating with marketing to enhance visibility and conversions. The role also involves maintaining data quality, preparing regular performance reports, and recommending improvements to digital sales processes.

Qualifications

Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, build trust with clients, and coordinate with internal teams.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, optimize campaigns, and recommend improvements to digital sales channels.
Experience with online marketplaces, real estate listing platforms, or property-focused ecommerce tools is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic website or CMS management.
Ability to work on-site in Ko Samui, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related service industry is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field is preferred.
Prefer Myanmar applicants who can drive the motorbike very well.
