Job Description & Requirements

Primary Function

. In Charge of Technical Design & Cost Estimation for the Company's Future Projects

. Provide Engineering support to all company's projects on hand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

. In ensure all the designs and the tendering are in compliance with tender specification requirement, standards and relevant codes and practices

. Check and ensure all the tendering submission are cost competitive and effective to secure the new projects for the company

. To optimise project opportunities through competition and demand analysis, price negotiations and maintain constant contact with Consultants, Building Owners, Architects and Developers .

. To ensure future growth through competitor analysis, market studies of the suppliers and establish timely, accurate and competitive price submission for the tendering and achieve the corporate's future project plans.

. Manages Engineering Teams & Other Electrical Engineering Staff Members
