Employer Branding Consultant (Freelance)

WorkVenture, one of Thailand's leading Employer Branding and HR solutions companies, is inviting experienced HR consultants, executive coaches, and organizational development professionals to partner with us around our Best Places to Work™ Engagement Survey & Certification program.

As a contracted Employer Branding Consultant, you introduce the program to companies in your network. We handle everything else - and you earn a referral commission on every successful engagement. Where you want to go further, the survey results frequently open the door to follow-on consulting, coaching, or advisory work that you deliver directly with the client.

Two ways to work with us

1. Introduce only.

You connect us with a company; our team manages the entire process - sales conversations, survey execution, analysis, reporting, results presentation, and certification. You earn a referral commission for each successful engagement. Your involvement can end at the introduction.

2. Introduce and continue.

Survey results regularly surface leadership, culture, communication, and team effectiveness challenges. If you choose, you can stay involved and support the client further through executive coaching, leadership development, culture transformation, team effectiveness programs, or other advisory services aligned with your practice - creating a recurring revenue stream from a single introduction.

You are welcome to join client meetings and results presentations, but this is entirely optional. You decide how involved you want to be, client by client.

Who we're looking for

• HR consultants, executive or leadership coaches, OD practitioners, or former senior HR leaders with an active professional network in Thailand
• Comfortable connecting with HR directors, CHROs, or C-level decision-makers at mid-size and large organizations
• Genuine interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and employer branding
• No sales quota, no minimum commitment - but the partnership rewards those who actively open doors
