Who You Are
You are a resilient, full-cycle salesperson who generates leads, runs discovery, negotiates and closes deals. You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover
- Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity
- Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
- Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance
- Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English
Nice-to-have
- Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales
- Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses
Month 1-3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1-3 bonus increases commission to 20%).
Month 4+: Base salary USD $500-$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).
FAST START BONUS: Month 1-3: total 20% commission; Month 4-6: total 15% commission.
On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.
Payment & contractor terms
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
