About the Role

As an Engineer Intern, you will be part of our Engineering and Production team, gaining real-world experience in building, testing, and servicing industrial machines. This is a hands-on internship: you will spend time in the workshop, at the test bench, and occasionally on customer sites, not just behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

Assist engineers in the assembly, wiring, and testing of induction cap sealers, corona/plasma treaters, and automation equipment
Support electrical and electronic work: control panel wiring, PCB and transformer testing, sensor and PLC/HMI setup
Support mechanical work: fitting, alignment, frame and conveyor assembly, and basic machining
Prepare and update engineering documents: 2D/3D drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and test records
Help troubleshoot machines during final testing and customer repair jobs, and record root causes and corrective actions
Join service engineers on customer visits for installation, commissioning, or repair (as assigned)
Contribute ideas for improving product design, production process, and workplace safety (5S)

Qualifications

Currently studying for a Bachelor's degree ( up to 1st year ) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Robotics Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, sensors, and control systems; PLC or Arduino experience is a plus
Able to read engineering drawings; experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software is a plus
Comfortable working hands-on with tools in a workshop environment
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Basic English reading skills (for technical documents and datasheets)
Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 3 months (2–6 months, in line with university requirements)
