Engineer Onsite

Job brief

We are looking for an experienced Engineer Onsite to oversee building engineering operations at a luxury residential property. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, planning preventive maintenance programs, managing utility budgets, and supporting energy conservation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the engineering and maintenance team.
• Set up and control operating schedules for equipment and machinery.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electricity, utilities, and engineering-related expenses.
• Monitor and maintain engineering systems in common areas.
• Prepare energy consumption reports and ensure compliance with energy conservation regulations.
• Maintain engineering manuals, technical records, and system documentation.
• Support facility management initiatives and continuous operational improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Engineering License is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering, preventive maintenance, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations.
• Experience leading and supervising technical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in luxury residential, condominium, or high-rise building operations is an advantage.
