Role and Responsibility
- Be responsible for DB, WB, Alignment, test equipment repairing and maintenance.
- Reporting to Equipment & Maintenance Manager to drive equipment technical problem resolution, ensure production yield and quality meets customer expectations.
- Equipment PM, Equipment Calibration documents preparation, provide training to technicians.
- Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
- Installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Reduce equipment downtime and the cost of maintenance.
- Onsite trouble shooting and repairing when equipment down.
- Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering or above in optical Fiber communication, electrical, electronics, computer or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as equipment engineer in semiconductor assembly or optical products.
- Experience must related with die attach, wire bonding, mechanical alignment and test. MRSI, Datacon, ASM Amicra, 4T die bonder, KNS, ASM wire bonder is preferred.
- It is better if understand and familiar with manufacturing mechanical design, electronic design, etc.
- Good English communication skills in reading, writing and speaking.
