Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met and product quality meets customer expectations. As the Thailand-based Product Engineer, support local manufacturing operations and product-related activities.
Take short-term and long-term corrective actions when equipment or tooling failures occur.
Manage equipment preventive maintenance and calibration documentation, provide training, and maintain process controls in production.
Evaluate, select, and order the most appropriate and cost-effective equipment and spare parts for manufacturing operations.
Oversee the installation, modification, upgrading, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Maintain current records of equipment manufacturers technical notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
Study equipment performance and reliability.
Establish programs and solutions to increase equipment uptime and resolve equipment-related problems that affect manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams.
Define and prepare preventive maintenance schedules.
