Job Description

.Take charge of Plant building and drain system maintenance and inspection.

.Manage contractors on repair and breakdown work for site utilities systems, particularly building repair and civil work coordination.

.Develop, review and implement risk assessment.

.Monitor and ensure Plant site Permit to Work requirements are fulfilled and supervise the works in a safe manner.

.Follow up and rectify Plant safety issues related to plant facilities.

.Support Engineering system and assist in creating equipment tags and downloading equipment information.

.Assist in data inputs for equipment failure, Shutdown maintenance (SDM) inspections and other technical data requested by Engineers.

.Maintain and file Engineering and SDM documents for smooth operations, easy retrieval and audit purpose.

.Manage SDM administrative activities to ensure Equipment Specialists and Original Equipment Manufacturer vendors are properly certified to work at plant site.

.Handle Engineering administrative tasks such as applying security passes and purchasing of pantry items, stationery, uniforms, safety goods, office tools etc. and ensure all purchase information are updated accurately in SAP system.

.Monitor pantry and stationery expenditures and ensure utilization is within budget.

.Act as Administrator for SAP system to handle purchase requisition, update spare part inventory reconcile inventory and report preparation.

.Participate in Plant site safety programs such as Emergency Drill, 5S etc.

.Participate in JSOX and take charge of periodic audit for Engineering Spare Part Inventory.
