Engineering Program Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support the development, evaluation, and scaling of AI-powered products and experiences. This role will partner with engineering, research, product, and operations teams to drive program execution, manage dependencies, align priorities, and deliver scalable solutions across global markets. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader who can navigate ambiguity, coordinate across diverse stakeholders, and successfully drive complex programs from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, roadmap development, milestone tracking, risk management, and delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across engineering, research, product, and operations to drive alignment and successful program outcomes.
• Translate business, technical, and operational objectives into clear plans, priorities, and execution strategies.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, ensuring risks and blockers are identified and resolved proactively.
• Drive prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives while balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Coordinate the delivery and launch of new capabilities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders and supporting teams.
• Support the expansion of products, services, and programs across global markets, regions, and customer segments.
• .Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Monitor program health through clear reporting, metrics, and status communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams remain aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management, helping teams navigate complex challenges and trade-offs.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and operational excellence across programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or a related role supporting complex technical organizations.
• Experience working with AI/ML, Generative AI, research, evaluation, or data-focused engineering teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing technical roadmaps and prioritization frameworks across multiple teams and competing requirements.
• Experience managing programs with significant platform, infrastructure, or tooling dependencies.
