Work as a process technician role in the slider front end and dice process. Be responsible for data query and analysis for engineers. Be responsible for monitoring machine KPIVs/KPOVs and fast triggering once machine performance is out of target. Be responsible for supporting engineer's evaluation, investigation, and experiment. Supporting production line, machine, recipe, system, and process issue. Be assigned additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department, and company goals. Initiate improvement ideas and consult with superiors or engineers. : Process Technician slider front end and dice process. KPIV/KPOV recipe
Possess a Diploma in any Engineering discipline. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent time-management, work ethic and self-motivation. Ability to work with multiple teams and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while keeping a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and reprioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork, well-organization, open-minded and good attitude. : () ()
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong problem-solving and analytic skills. Hard Disk Drives manufacturing knowledge is preferable. Experience in slider fabrication process is an added advantage. Experience in process development and improvement by using LEAN or Six Sigma concepts would be an added advantage.
