Equipment Engineer-SPK

About The Role

In the role of Speaker Equipment Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work within our Automotive Division. You will be responsible for Speaker production equipment installation, maintenance, improvement, which are included whole product manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross department for problem solving, process improvement and cost saving.

What You Will Do

• To setup and install new Speaker production lines and equipment.
• Make regular preventive maintenance schedule, action & record.
• Equipment Trouble shooting & repair.
• Be responsible for Assembly Line maintenance.
• To keep and propose the right spare parts that we need to have on tool crib.
• To reduce equipment downtime.
  
  

What You Need To Be Successful

• Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
• Experience: Five years or more experience in non-standard equipment manufacturing/maintenance engineer.
• Be strong communicator and excellent team builder.
• Good Experience in Quality system, Lean manufacturing.
• Be familiar with Automation line, Glue dispensing and Visual inspection system related knowledge and 5 years or more maintenance experience.
  
  

Bonus Points if You Have

• Language skill: English (read, oral and write)
• Be familiar with non-standard equipment maintenance.
• Be familiar with PLC/ C#/ VB/ Vision inspection/ Epson Robot/ Glue dispensing related knowledge and have experience in application debugging.
• Be familiar with ISO/IATF16949 quality system and TPM system.
• AutoCAD/SolidWorks/EPLAN.
• Communication skill and good leadership, fair mind, strong sense of responsibility
