ABOUT THE ROLE

Equities Execution Services (EES) Client Ops is a middle-office, client-facing team within the Global Banking & Markets Operations division. Team provides strategic operational support for,

1. Cash equities business, including single shares

2. With a focus on risk management, trade lifecycle management, and improving client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Trade Lifecycle Management: Handling trade allocation, pre-matching, and fail management to ensure successful settlement of client transactions.
Client Service: Serving as a primary contact for clients regarding trade execution queries and complex transaction requests.
Risk & Control: Mitigating risk for the firm by ensuring controls are performed timely, maintaining accurate books and records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Driving automation, enhancing straight-through processing (STP) rates, and increasing the scalability of workflows to support growing business volumes.
Collaboration: Working with sales, trading, technology, and compliance teams to resolve trade issues and develop new products or market entries.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills to interact effectively with both internal and external clients.
Analytical Abilities: Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on mitigating operational risks.
Efficiency Driven: Experience with, or willingness to drive, automation and workflow improvement.
