Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Equity Research Analyst role based in Bangkok. The Equity Research Analyst will evaluate companies and sectors, build detailed financial models, and prepare clear investment reports and valuation analyses. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting fundamental and quantitative research, analyzing financial statements, monitoring market and industry trends, and developing investment theses for internal and client use. The analyst will collaborate with portfolio managers and other team members to support investment decisions, contribute to presentations and pitch materials, and maintain up-to-date coverage of assigned equities. The role also involves translating research findings into actionable investment recommendations aligned with Kuvera Capital's impact and sustainability focus.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess business performance, and support well-reasoned investment views.
• Candidates should possess solid Financial Modeling and valuation skills, including building forecasts, scenario analyses, and discounted cash flow or comparable company models.
• Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Finance and Investments, with knowledge of capital markets, securities, portfolio concepts, and risk-return dynamics.
• Candidates should possess robust Research capabilities to gather, verify, and synthesize information from financial statements, industry reports, and market data.
• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business) required; advanced certifications such as CFA or progress toward them are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable and impact-oriented investing.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial databases; experience with data analytics tools or programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is beneficial.
