Execute the esports strategy to grow the Free Fire competitive presence.
Manage tournament operations, leagues, and major events end-to-end.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee player onboarding and competition logistics.
Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time.
Track performance metrics and provide post-event insights.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports/Esports Management.
Experience in project coordination, operations, or event management.
Proficient in Thai and English.
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (internal & external).
Problem-solving under pressure (especially during live events or tournaments).
Genuine interest in gaming and esports culture.
Up-to-date knowledge of popular competitive titles.
Awareness of player communities and esports ecosystem trends.
