Job Description :
- Personal computer service for hardware and software.
- Setting up, hardening, installing and update new software version required for work.
- Maintain computer hardware and software.
- Provide advice and solutions to resolve.
- Summary issues report.
Qualification :
- Experienced as a IT Service / IT Support with 2+ years experience.
Device Management:
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile device administration (MDM).
- Experience with OS deployment, OS hardening, imaging, and patch management.
- Experience for endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM (ConfigMgr), Jamf, or VMware Workspace ONE).
- Experience with VPN, remote access tools.
Application Management:
- Software packaging, deployment, and updates.
- Managing enterprise productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Troubleshooting desktop and application issues.
Security & Compliance:
- Endpoint security configuration (antivirus, encryption, DLP, MFA, etc.).
- Policy management and hardening (Group Policy Objects, compliance baselines).
- Knowledge of data protection standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Soft Skills & Core Competencies:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to document and follow technical procedures.
- Time management and prioritization under service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Teamwork and collaboration with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving end-user technologies.
