We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) to join the leadership team of a newly opening lifestyle hospitality project in central Bangkok.
This role is ideal for an operationally strong, people-focused leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building teams, systems, and culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in overall hotel operations, strategy, and execution
Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure seamless daily operations
Play a key role in pre-opening activities, including SOP development, recruitment, training, and operational readiness
Drive service excellence while maintaining efficiency, cost control, and compliance
Act as a culture carrier, setting standards for professionalism, warmth, and accountability
Step in as acting GM when required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior operations role (EAM / Operations Manager / Rooms or F&B background welcome)
Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
Ability to balance operational discipline with a modern, lifestyle-driven guest experience
Fluent in English (Thai language skills highly advantageous)
