Our company is seeking candidates who can perform effectively in high-pressure environments while coordinating directly with the CEO to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and business correspondence
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution and alignment
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting summaries, and strategic business documents for management discussions
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business insights to support strategic decision-making
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including regional and international teams
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meetings, and business itineraries
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, operational follow-ups, and special business initiatives
- Utilize AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, Open Claw, workflow automation tools) to improve working efficiency
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Take ownership of ad hoc assignments and fast-paced business tasks as assigned by the CEO
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, CEO Office, Business Coordination, Project Management, or related roles
- Experience supporting C-level executives is highly preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Comfortable using AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity technologies
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Possess a valid driving license and able to travel as required
