Job Location:

The Parq Building

Overview

Minor Food is one of Asia's most dynamic food service companies and a leading global restaurant operator, with more than 2,700 outlets across 25 countries. Our portfolio spans a wide range of well-loved brands - from The Pizza Company, Swensen's and Sizzler to Dairy Queen, Burger King, The Coffee Club, Bonchon, The Steak & More, Benihana and more.

Driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving the highest standards of satisfaction. We grow by innovating, expanding into new markets and investing in the people who make it all happen. Whether you're building your first career in food service or bringing years of expertise to the table, Minor Food offers the scale of a global operator with the energy and opportunity of a company that's still very much on the move.

Partnering with the CTO

  • Act as the first point of contact for the CTO: screening, prioritizing, and routing calls, messages, and requests with good judgment.
  • Manage a complex, ever-shifting calendar: schedule and reschedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and build in the time the CTO actually needs to think and prepare.
  • Developed your own practical systems: for understanding people, staying organized, managing competing priorities, and following things through to completion
  • Gather and organize the information and data the CTO and the team need for real business decisions for example market, competitor, or project intelligence.
  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, and materials ahead of meetings so the CTO always walks in ready.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across brands, business functions and Minor group technology on the CTO's behalf, so that requests and follow-ups move quickly
  • Curious about technology and quick to learn new digital and AI tools; comfortable working in a fast-moving technology team
  • Take accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and keep everyone honest about deadlines.

Keeping the Operation Running

  • Own the filing and archiving system, physical and digital, so information is always easy to find and nothing important gets lost.
  • Track travel, expenses, and reservations for the CTO and the wider team, and keep records audit-ready.
  • Coordinate visas, work permits, and other administrative needs for executives and associates.
  • Draft and manage correspondence letters, confirmations, contracts, inquiries with a sharp eye for tone and accuracy.
  • Organize team meetings, offsites, and associate activities from start to finish.
  • Translate and interpret between English and Thai when needed, and handle all information with strict confidentiality.

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years experience in executive-level secretarial or personal-assistant work, ideally within an international or multinational company.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong, confident communicator.
  • Strong stakeholder awareness and collaborative mindset
  • Effective prioritization and sound judgment
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Comfortable with standard office and scheduling software.
  • A calm, resourceful problem-solver who stays composed under pressure and shifting priorities.
