Job Responsibilities:
Direct leadership experience in developing, structuring, and executing large-scale projects (e.g., greenfield developments, acquisitions, joint ventures, M&A) within the energy industry. Extensive expertise in joint ventures (JV), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), divestment including deal sizes exceeding $100 million USD.Mandatory international exposure, with experience navigating cross-border transactions, regulatory frameworks, and diverse stakeholder environments.Deep understanding of project finance structures, and global investment trends.
Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationMinimum 15 years of progressive senior executive experience in investment, corporate development, or divestment with a energy sector** (e.g., oil & gas, power, renewables, energy infrastructure). Mastery of financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment for energy projects. Exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional teamsStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
