The Position
The Company's External Affairs and Communication Department is responsible for gaining timely access to our medicines, building the company's reputation & advocacy, leading policies important to the business. The department is a small team of subject matter experts that work constantly, and closely, with sales & marketing and cross-functional team. This role will be a member of the country leadership team (OTLT).

The Position

This role will be a member of the country leadership team (OTLT).
Success In This Role Will Be Measured Through
- impact/influence on policy and policy shaping activities related to Thai health coverage & insurance schemes, including, but not limited to: Social Security; Universal Coverage (NHSO), CSMBS (CGD), NLEM, MPP, etc.
- creating, preserving and/or improving market access to Company's medications and devices, through strategic oversight of tender & pricing
- building trust and respect with national decision makers and other key stakeholders
- a positive profile in the public domain, with (key) stakeholders
- Hands-on management of the Company's policy and advocacy
- Leading the market access area to ensure optimal and timely reimbursement of medicines
- Pricing policy development and implementation
- Strategic leadership of the public affairs area aligned to policy positions and external relations with media and patient organizations
