Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening, closing and daily outlet operations.
• Attend to customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Assist with takeaway, delivery and online orders when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Support events and other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• F&B or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
