F&B Overseas Trainee

Summary

The F&B Overseas Trainee will gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment. The trainee will support daily restaurant and bar operations while learning Hyatt service standards, guest engagement, and operational procedures. This program is designed to provide practical exposure and professional development in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant and bar services.
• Deliver professional and friendly service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support food and beverage preparation, setup, and service procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
• Assist with guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Learn and apply hotel operational policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
• Support inventory control and stock replenishment when required.
• Participate in training sessions and departmental activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Eligible to participate in an overseas internship or trainee program.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong passion for hospitality and Food & Beverage operations.
• Positive attitude, service-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous internship experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage but not required.
