About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Engineer to support and maintain all plant utility and facility systems, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations. This role is critical in maintaining infrastructure reliability and supporting production continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain plant utility systems including HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, boilers, and water treatment systems
• Ensure all facilities and infrastructure are operating efficiently with minimal downtime
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to support uninterrupted production
• Monitor energy consumption and implement improvement initiatives for cost efficiency and sustainability
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for maintenance, repair, and project activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support facility improvement projects, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades of systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities, utilities, or maintenance engineering (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, boilers, compressors, water systems)
• Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in English and Thai
