About the Role:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading and managing all on‑site facilities operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees both hard and soft services while driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day on‑site facilities operations to deliver consistent, high‑quality services.
• Oversee hard and soft services, including vendor performance, service contracts, KPIs, budgets, and CMMS activities.
• Develop, coach, and support the on‑site facilities team to build capability, engagement, and performance.
• Manage key stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service innovation.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards, statutory requirements, audits, risk management processes, and emergency preparedness plans.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
