Job Description Summary

Support daily facilities operations, vendor coordination, workplace services, and site compliance to ensure a seamless office experience.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, safety, and workplace support services.
  • Manage vendor performance, service contracts, invoicing, and timely work-order completion.
  • Liaise with building management and internal teams (HR, IT, Security) to ensure smooth office operations and compliance.
  • Oversee inventory, pantry supplies, office equipment, courier services, and workplace presentation standards.
  • Support office events, onboarding logistics, and reporting (maintenance logs, budgets, incidents, SLA tracking).

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Min. 2 years experience in facilities operations, general affairs, FM services, hospitality, or workplace support.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
