Field Service Engineer

Job Scope

1. Carry out routine repair/maintenance instrument and solutions work.

2. Conduct the expereiment validation and customer training for Vazyme automated liquid handling workstation.

3.Troubleshoot issues related to the experiment ofautomated liquid handling workstation. Perform preliminary on-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to corresponding company department or personnel.

4. Collect and feedback customer requirements and product market intelligence , support continuous upgrade and optimization of solutions. Improve the customers satisfaction and loyalty

5. Support sales efforts through technical presentations, customer management or organizing seminar.

6. Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject is highly preferred. Sequencing academic/ practical background or work experience, such as library preparation or sequencer operation is preferred. Undergraduate with outstanding knowledge and skills is welcomed as well.

2. Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region. For training or occasional special calls, international traveling including China is required.

3. Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.

4. Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated English written and verbal communication and training/presentation skills

5. Excellent learning ability, experience working in an international company and biomedical instrumentation or technology preferred.
